We are looking for a Social Advertising Specialist to help us scale customer acquisition through high-performing paid social campaigns.
In this role, you will build, test, and optimize campaigns across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Your work will directly contribute to qualified demand, stronger creative performance, better conversion quality, and improved marketing efficiency.

About the role & team
As our Social Advertising Specialist, you will join our Marketing team and report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally—with Content, Design, Data, CRM, Medical, and Customer Care—to ensure our campaigns are engaging, compliant, and tightly integrated into the customer journey.
Your immediate focus will be optimizing paid social performance, building a structured creative testing framework, and refining funnel strategies. Over time, you’ll help establish a scalable, data-backed performance playbook. Your ultimate goal is simple: drive high-quality customer acquisition while keeping CAC, POAS, and Profit contribution on track.
What you'll own
Campaign & Channel Execution

Paid Social Management: Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social channels.

Full-Funnel Strategy: Translate commercial goals into smart campaign structures, audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies from awareness down to conversion.

Funnel Optimization: Partner with CRO, Data, and Marketing teams to improve landing page conversion rates and post-click journeys.
Creative Strategy & Testing

Creative Briefing & Development: Collaborate with Content and Design to brief, test, and iterate on winning hooks, formats, and ad angles.

Structured Experimentation: Build and manage a rigorous testing roadmap spanning creative formats, landing pages, value propositions, and bidding setups.

Audience Segmentation: Define and refine high-intent audiences using customer behavior, performance data, and strategic segmentation.
Analytics & Insights

Performance Management: Monitor key business metrics (CAC/CPA, conversion rates, POAS, Profit) and take swift action to maintain profitability.

Reporting & Learnings: Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights, risks, and next steps for the broader business.

Salary range of € 3.800 – €5.200 gross per month, depending on experience

Paid Social Expert: Deep hands-on experience structuring, scaling, and optimizing paid social campaigns against strict commercial targets.

Creative & Commercial Thinker: Possess sharp creative judgment—you intuitively know which hooks and messaging build trust and drive action.

Data-Driven & Analytical: Fluent in CAC/CPA, POAS, and conversion metrics, using data to prioritize tests and optimize budgets.
