Job Description
Build and support our backend systems by designing, writing and testing new features and functionality through Java (Spring Framework), Node.js, and cloud infrastructure components.
Maintain resilient, secure and performant solutions able to serve tens of thousands of daily requests through a multiservice architecture.
Improve existing systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects.
Suggest and contribute to integrating new techniques, technologies, and improvements into the team.
Collaborate with other team members and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience building and deploying backend systems.
- Work eligibility in the Netherlands.
- Strong proficiency with Java (Spring Boot) or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Experience designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, Azure, or SAP BTP).
- Experience with enterprise software is preferred.
- Knowledge of software architectural patterns and the ability to mentor others.
- Great written and verbal communication in English.
- Desire to work in an international and collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated continual desire to learn and stay up to date with technology.
