We are looking for a Senior New Business Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of AddSecure Smart Transport across the Benelux region.
You will identify, develop, and win high-value opportunities with organisations operating fleets of more than 100 heavy commercial vehicles. This is a senior individual-contributor role for a commercially driven new-business professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

As Senior New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across the Benelux region.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and account planning through negotiation and contract signature. The opportunities are often complex and involve operational, technical, procurement, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, pre-sales, product, customer success, and leadership, you will help strengthen AddSecure’s market position and increase our success with strategic prospects.
What you will do
Develop and execute territory growth and account penetration strategies across the Benelux region.
Identify, qualify, and win strategic opportunities with high-value prospects.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market development.
Own the full sales process from initial contact through negotiation and contract signature.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
Lead discovery meetings, solution presentations, and commercial discussions.
Translate customer challenges into tailored solutions, business cases, and ROI-based value propositions.
Coordinate complex buying processes involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
Maintain accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and sales activity in Salesforce.
Represent AddSecure at relevant industry events and share market and customer insights internally.
Consistently achieve or exceed revenue, pipeline, and new-customer acquisition targets.
You are an experienced B2B sales professional who is motivated by winning new customers and developing new market opportunities. You are confident leading complex sales processes and taking ownership from initial prospecting through negotiation and closing.
You combine commercial drive with a consultative and structured approach. You work independently, collaborate effectively across teams, and focus on creating measurable customer value. We believe you have:
At least five years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
A proven track record of achieving revenue and new-customer targets.
Experience managing complex, consultative, and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
The ability to identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities independently.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
A valid driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the Benelux region.
Experience in fleet, telematics, transport, logistics, SaaS, IoT, or other technology-based solutions is an advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce, territory development, and strategic account planning would also be valuable.
