GoodHabitz is a fast-growing B2B SaaS EdTech business helping organisations across Europe develop their people through engaging, beautifully produced online learning. With approximately €50M ARR and a presence in 10 countries, we're scaling our marketing function significantly — moving to a centralised model that produces high-quality, high-volume creative output for markets across Europe.
The creative team sits within the Brand & Content function and is the studio behind everything GoodHabitz shows the world. Video is becoming an increasingly central part of how we communicate: across awareness campaigns, owned channels and product storytelling, and this role is the specialist who leads that craft. There's a well-stocked toolkit to work with (and room to expand it), a strong brand identity to express, and a growing set of channels to fill with great content. What's needed now is someone who knows how to make the most of all of it.
About this role:
As our Video Creative Specialist, you're the full package: you concept, shoot and edit. You will work across two broad areas: campaign and brand video, supporting the content and campaigns team with assets for awareness and demand generation; and product and channel video, building out our presence on YouTube, Instagram and the GoodHabitz website. Both matter. Both require range.
What matters is craft, curiosity and the ability to make video that moves people — whether the audience is a Learning & Development manager evaluating a platform or a consumer scrolling past on their lunch break. Experience in B2C environments is genuinely valued here.
Requirements
Responsibilities
-
Plan and run shoots, on location, in our own GoodHabitz studios and on-screen, covering direction and camera work, with basic lighting and audio
-
Edit and post-produce to a polished, on-brand finish
-
Produce a high volume of platform-native short-form for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and grow our YouTube presence with a steady, on-brand cadence
-
Produce product and website video: explainers, walkthroughs and feature highlights that make the product clear and help move conversion journeys along
-
Bring video-native thinking into concepting sessions, rather than adapting static ideas after the fact
-
Make smart use of AI video and creative tools to increase speed and scale, without letting quality slip
-
Keep the pipeline moving: manage briefs through to delivery, keep stakeholders in the loop, and build a reusable library of footage, templates and assets
-
Pull in external production partners when scope or scale calls for it
Collaboration
You'll sit in the Marketing Creative team and work closely with the Creative Lead, fellow creatives, content writers and marketers, plus Product Marketing and field teams, to make sure every frame is on-brand and earns its place.
Requirements
-
3–5 years in video production (including camera operation) and post-production, with a portfolio that shows real range across formats and lengths
-
Experience producing content for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with an understanding of what works natively in each environment
-
Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools — Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
-
Solid grounding in colour grading, lighting, sound design and subtitling
-
Demonstrated experience with AI video and creative tools, and a clear appetite to keep developing as the tooling evolves
-
Organised and self-directed — you manage your own workload, hit your deadlines, and communicate clearly when something needs to change
-
Curious about the brand and the audience. B2B SaaS experience isn't required; strong B2C creative craft is genuinely welcomed
-
Motion design and animation skills are a nice-to-have
