Turn complex technology into clear stories that move people — and the market
At BIMcollab, we help architecture, engineering and construction teams work with greater clarity, control and confidence.
Our platform connects models, documents, issues, data and workflows, enabling teams to make better decisions throughout every BIM phase. To communicate that value clearly, we are looking for a Product & Content Marketeer who combines product thinking, strong content skills and a practical understanding of how customers discover, evaluate and choose software.
You will help us understand our customers, sharpen our positioning, and turn complex product capabilities into clear stories, useful content, and relevant customer journeys.
Product marketing is at the heart of this role. Content is your most important tool: you will manage how our product story is structured, created, distributed, discovered, and improved across the customer journey. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to shape how we bring BIMcollab to the market.
What will you do?
You will connect Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success with a clear understanding of our customers and the value BIMcollab provides.
Shape our product story
You will:
-
Develop positioning and messaging for our platform, solutions and capabilities
-
Translate technical functionality into recognizable problems, workflows and outcomes
-
Adapt messages for different audiences, buying roles, use cases and markets
-
Support product launches with clear narratives, content and go-to-market plans
-
Create sales-enablement materials such as use cases, pitch content, comparison guides, customer proof and objection-handling resources
-
Help us explain not only what our platform does, but why it matters
BIMcollab already has an extensive library of product pages, articles, guides, webinars, campaigns and other resources. Your role is to make that portfolio more focused, connected, discoverable, and effective.
As Senior Product & Content Marketeer, you’ll shape a customer-focused content strategy that supports our audiences, product priorities and business goals. You’ll make sure we create the right content, for the right audience, at the right stage of the customer journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Build and manage the content strategy and portfolio — identify content gaps and decide what to create, improve, combine, repurpose, translate, redirect or retire.
-
Create clear content journeys — structure content around customer problems, solutions, audiences, use cases and buying stages, connecting educational content to BIMcollab solutions and conversion points.
-
Own the editorial roadmap — prioritise initiatives based on customer research, product insights, search behaviour and content performance.
-
Create and improve content — write and edit high-value English content across product pages, articles, guides, customer stories, campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn and sales materials.
-
Develop strong content briefs for subject-matter experts, colleagues and external partners, while maintaining a consistent and distinctive BIMcollab voice.
-
Connect content to campaigns and customer journeys — work with campaign, digital, marketing operations and sales teams to turn content into relevant acquisition, nurture, trial, demo and sales journeys.
-
Use search and AI insights to understand customer intent, identify opportunities, and improve visibility, relevance, and discoverability. You’ll work with tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Databricks, Amplitude and other analytics platforms.
-
Measure, learn and optimise — define meaningful KPIs, analyse reach, engagement, search visibility, conversion and commercial impact, and use these insights to continuously improve the content portfolio.
We value relevance, quality, and impact over publishing volume. You don’t need to be a technical SEO specialist; our website team and partners handle technical SEO. Your role is to provide the content context; set priorities and ensure technical choices support a strong customer journey.
It is a plus when you have experience with
-
HubSpot
-
Product-led growth, trials or freemium acquisition
-
International or multilingual websites
-
Google Search Console, Semrush or comparable platforms used to inform content planning and optimization
-
Complex product platforms or multiple product capabilities
-
Website repositioning or migration
-
Content audits, pruning and portfolio optimization
-
Enterprise or multi-stakeholder buying processes
-
Partner or ecosystem marketing
-
Research-led content, industry reports or interactive tools
-
AECO, BIM, construction technology, engineering or proptech
-
Dutch or another European language
Previous BIM or AECO experience is not required. Curiosity is.
What you need to succeed
-
Multiple years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, software or another complex digital product environment
-
Practical product-marketing experience such as positioning, customer research and product launches
-
Experience developing, managing and improving high-quality B2B content
-
Experience managing content based on customer insight, search behavior and performance data
-
The ability to turn complex product information into clear and compelling customer value.
-
Excellent English writing and editing skills at native or near-native level
-
Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and other marketing disciplines
-
The ability to use data and customer insights to make informed choices
-
Strong project-management and prioritization skills
-
A hands-on mindset: you are comfortable moving between research, strategy, briefing, writing, editing and analysis
-
Experience working effectively in a hybrid or remote environment
-
Great if you speak Dutch, but this is not required
