You get it done
In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of our outbound containers, handling an average of 14 to 18 containers per day. From our location in Rotterdam, you will ensure that shipments are accurately booked, processed, and documented before continuing their journey to Brazil: You’re on it.
How you do this? Although you work from a single location, with the option to work partly remotely, you will deal with an international flow of goods every day. Our containers are shipped exclusively to Brazil. This makes your work focused and structured, while still offering an international environment. Together with five direct colleagues, you help keep the logistics operation moving forward. You achieve this by:
- booking shipments with the shipping line, ensuring that containers are registered and scheduled accurately and on time;
- checking systems, verifying that all shipment-related data and information is accurate and complete;
- entering shipments into the order management system, processing orders carefully and ensuring that the administration is always up to date;
- processing EXAs, ensuring accurate administrative processing and completion;
- closing shipment plans, checking that everything is complete and carefully finalizing the shipment plans.

You bring
- experience in an administrative or customer service role within sea freight or transportation, experience as a Freight Forwarder is a plus;
- a confident personality and a sharp eye for detail;
- enjoyment of structured and repetitive administrative work;
- a collaborative and down-to-earth attitude, taking responsibility for your work;
- the drive to get things done properly and ensure that all administration is accurate.
