In this role you're responsible for designing, implementing and supporting modern workplace solutions for both regional and international clients. You'll work closely with consultants, architects and product managers to understand client needs, challenges and objectives, and to deliver the best possible solutions that improve productivity, sustainability, collaboration and security. You'll also mentor and coach junior Consultants, stay on top of the latest technologies and trends, and contribute to the development of our value propositions.
We're looking for a Modern Workplace Consultant who wants to make a difference at leading companies across a range of industries. Examples of projects and assignments our team is involved in:
- For a grid-operator organisation, we contribute to employee productivity and sustainability through modern, inclusive workplace and service desk solutions, such as biometric and passwordless authentication, multilingual workplaces and AI-based chat and voice bots.
- For an international retail organisation, we're constantly finding ways to noticeably improve the workplace experience for employees, with solutions such as modern workplace, Apple device management and a hybrid meeting experience.
- For an international energy provider active in multiple European countries, we contribute to sustainability goals and the energy transition by critically greening the IT landscape.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting modern workplace solutions based on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies.
- A solid understanding of modern workplace concepts such as cloud computing, mobility, collaboration, security and compliance.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable and secure solutions that create business value.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are a plus.
