About this role:
The Head of Brand & Content leads the central engine that powers GoodHabitz's go-to-market across all regions. This leader owns the full campaign and content lifecycle — from brand awareness through to lead generation and customer expansion — and ensures that everything produced is on-brand, insight-led, and built for scale.
Working closely with the Head of Digital (who owns technical delivery and performance), this role provides the creative and strategic fuel: the messaging, the assets, the campaigns, the brand identity, and the social media voice. The team itself is multinational, enabling content to be centralised and localised within the same function.
Requirements
Role responsibilities:
-
Own brand and messaging. Evolve the GoodHabitz brand identity and define the core messaging architecture for the website (content ownership, not technical delivery or SEO). Keep brand consistent globally while enabling local relevance.
-
Lead campaigns and content. Drive centralised, full-funnel campaigns from awareness through lead generation to customer expansion. Build a content function capable of high-quality output at volume, and maintain playbooks and asset libraries field teams can activate independently.
-
Own social media. Set organic social strategy, content calendar, tone of voice and channel approach, aligned with campaign and brand priorities.
-
Support events at scale. Design scalable creative and campaign toolkits that field marketing teams across Europe can deploy on their own.
-
Lead and develop your team. Manage a team of 8, including a Head of Creative overseeing 4 design, graphic and video specialists. Partner closely with the Head of Digital, Head of Regional Marketing and Head of Product Marketing to keep campaigns, field relevance and messaging aligned. Report on engagement and lead-quality metrics, with commercial performance accountability sitting elsewhere.
This role is for you if you have:
-
Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including experience in a leadership role
-
A track record of building and scaling centralised brand and content functions in high-growth environments
-
Experience working across multiple European markets and managing multilingual content programmes
-
Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign development, with the ability to connect awareness investment to pipeline outcomes
-
Demonstrable experience designing repeatable, efficient creative and campaign processes at scale
This role is not for you if:
-
You'd rather manage one-off projects than build repeatable systems, playbooks and operating models
-
You're looking for full ownership over performance metrics — this role owns content and engagement, with commercial accountability sitting with other functions
-
You prefer working over peers rather than in partnership with them — this role means close, ongoing collaboration with other functional leads
-
You're uncomfortable leading a team through ambiguity — this role involves guiding people through a meaningful shift in how the function operates
-
You'd rather set the bar loosely than hold consistently high standards for craft and consistency across a growing team's output
