For our headquarters in Breda we are looking for an: Portfolio Strategy & Growth Manager

What will you do?

As Portfolio Strategy & Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of GoodLife Foods. You will define and drive our international portfolio strategy, ensuring we focus our investments on the products, categories and opportunities with the greatest long-term potential. Rather than managing individual products, you will shape the portfolio that fuels our growth across Europe. Working at the heart of our commercial organisation, you will connect Category Development, Innovation, Commercial, Finance and Operations. By translating data, market insights and business opportunities into strategic recommendations, you will help simplify our portfolio, strengthen scalability and maximise sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and continuously evolve GoodLife Foods' international portfolio strategy and International Core Portfolio;
Identify growth opportunities across markets, customers, channels and business units while improving portfolio focus and reducing complexity;
Ensure innovation, acquisitions and manufacturing capabilities strengthen the long-term portfolio strategy;
Partner closely with Commercial, Category Development, Innovation, Finance and Operations to maximise business impact;
Translate market insights, business data and performance analyses into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities that support sustainable growth and value creation.

In this role, you will report to the Director Category Development & Innovation.

Are you made of this mix?

You hold a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field;
You have extensive experience in Portfolio Management, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, Business Development or a similar strategic FMCG role;
You combine strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills and know how to translate data into business opportunities;
You have experience working in a complex international environment and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders;
You are entrepreneurial, proactive and enjoy challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement;
You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and are fluent in English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
