Are you ready to drive financial excellence? As our Head of Financial Control, you will lead a talented team of controllers, ensuring compliance across our regional entities. Working closely with Group Finance Operations (GFO), you will deliver accurate and timely reporting, care for team development, and collaborate across departments to ensure complete financial precision.

Lead and develop a high-performing regional Financial Control team, driving excellence and aiming high across all deliverables.

Monitor the quality of transactional work performed by the Group Finance Operations (GFO) team in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Collaborate closely with business partners and financial departments to ensure the absolute completeness and accuracy of financial statements.

Oversee and ensure timely compliance with local statutory accounts, tax obligations, and the internal control framework.

Partner with the Finance Systems team to maximise the efficiency and appropriate use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.

Implement streamlined processes and lead complex technical accounting projects such as impairment analysis.

Broad accounting experience within a complex, international, or listed environment, demonstrating growth and strong ownership.

Professional accounting qualification (such as RA, CA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent local professional registration).

Advanced technical accounting knowledge, specifically encompassing IFRS and internal/external audit standards.

A solutions-based approach with the initiative to overcome challenges and confidently make high-level decisions.

Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to distil complex technical topics for non-finance stakeholders.

Proven experience in people management, with a passion for mentoring, developing, and helping individuals succeed.
