WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Local Creation is Nike’s local creation engine – designed to deliver product with speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity. Business Integration enables Local Creation to operate as a connected system by aligning strategy, people, processes, and tools across engines, brands, and geographies.
You will be part of the EMEA Local Creation Business Integration team, partnering closely with Footwear and Apparel Design teams, as well as Product Management, Development, Merchandising, Costing & Sourcing, and Operations partners.
You will also act as a key connection point between EMEA Local Creation and Global Design Excellence and Design Operations teams, helping to align processes, tools, key moments, and ways of working across the design community.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration, you will help create the conditions that allow designers to focus on what they do best: creating outstanding products for athletes and consumers.

Requirements:
Well-rounded experience enabling Design, Creative, Product Creation, or Innovation teams through operations, planning, or program management.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
An operational mindset with a passion for enabling others to succeed.
Ability to simplify complex processes and translate them into practical actions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to balance structure and process while supporting creativity and innovation.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across diverse stakeholders.
Digital & AI tools: the ideal candidate brings experience with collaborative and visual working tools such as Miro as well as fluency using project and workflow management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, insights, planning, and decision-making.
You may come from Design Operations, Creative Operations, Studio Operations, Product Creation Operations, Innovation Operations, Creative Project Management, Agency Project Management, Program Management in Fashion, Footwear, Apparel, Gaming, Media, Architecture, Creative Agency or Innovation environments.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will help shape how Design operates across Local Creation EMEA while building the capabilities, tools, and ways of working needed to support future growth, by improving workflows, driving alignment across teams, and building operational excellence that allows creativity to move faster.
You will:
Drive Design Operations across EMEA Local Creation.
Partner closely with Footwear and Apparel Design teams to enable seasonal readiness and execution.
Translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans, workflows, and execution support.
Coordinate key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across Design teams.
Partner with Global Design Excellence and Design Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Drive operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and evolving ways of working across Design.
Support adoption of new tools, templates, and capabilities that improve team effectiveness.
Create visibility around priorities, risks, milestones, and progress to help teams execute with confidence.
Support key seasonal moments, reviews, presentations, and design deliverables.
This position will be posted until 31st July. After this date, we will assess applications and share feedback. Interviews will start as of 14th August.
