We’re looking for a Technical Integration Manager who enjoys working with clients to deliver seamless payment solutions from pre-sales through to production. You’ll act as the trusted technical advisor throughout the customer onboarding journey, helping clients integrate payment solutions while collaborating closely with internal engineering, product, and commercial teams. - Lead end-to-end technical integrations from pre-sales through implementation and Go-Live, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
- Own the customer onboarding lifecycle, coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring successful, timely delivery.
- Provide technical consultancy to clients, supporting API integrations, troubleshooting, and solution implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical issues, improve documentation, and optimise the customer experience.
- Monitor post-Go-Live performance, drive continuous improvements, and facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Technical Integration, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience within the Payments industry, supporting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment gateways, acquirers, or payment products.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and familiarity with at least one backend language such as Java, TypeScript/Node.js, C#/.NET, or Go.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, API documentation, and customer onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in sales support or account management and knowledge of card payment concepts such as settlement, tokenisation, disputes, and transaction monitoring are advantageous.
