Jouw taken:
- Je werkt actief mee aan onderhoud, storingen en reparaties van de liften en zorgt dat de dagelijkse planning wordt gehaald.
- Je signaleert problemen vroegtijdig en schakelt snel naar de juiste oplossing.
- Veiligheid staat voorop: jij bewaakt de Otis- en TATA-veiligheidsnormen op de werkvloer.
Leidinggeven met impact:
- Je stuurt een team van 3–8 collega’s aan en verdeelt de werkzaamheden slim en efficiënt.
- Met jouw coachende stijl zorg je voor een prettige werksfeer en hoge kwaliteit.
- Nieuwe medewerkers? Jij zorgt dat zij zich snel thuis voelen.
Schakel tussen werkvloer en management:
- Je communiceert helder en professioneel over voortgang, resultaten en eventuele knelpunten.
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor zowel monteurs als management.
Kwaliteit & veiligheid voorop:
- Je bewaakt kwaliteit, voert controles uit en meldt afwijkingen nauwkeurig.
- Je stimuleert veilig werken en zet het goede voorbeeld.
Administratie die staat:
- Je houdt uren, materiaalverbruik en productiegegevens overzichtelijk bij.
- Je ondersteunt planning en voorraadbeheer waar nodig.
