The All Day Italian O'Pazzo is immediately looking for an experienced pizzaiolo!
What will you do
Do you toss pizzas like a pro? O’Pazzo warmly welcomes you when you can take responsibility for our delicious Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas like no one else. This means not only speed but also preparing with an eye for quality. Up to the O’Pazzo level! You keep an eye on the quality of ingredients and ensure that orders are placed, checked, and cleaned up. Additionally, you take care of the mise-en-place and know exactly how to prepare pizza dough.
Good teamwork is molto importante. Every day, you strive to deliver an A-okay performance together with the team. You and your colleagues end the evening with a drink at the bar.
What you can expect
- A fair salary starting from €2600,- , travel expense reimbursement and tips
- Year contract for 38 hours per week (less by agreement), with the prospect of a permanent position
- 5 weeks of vacation per year based on 38 hours
- Overtime can be taken as days off; if not, it will be paid out

What we expect from you
- You have a passion for Italian cuisine
- You are communicative and can work well in a team
- You are stress-resistant, work in a structured manner, have a high work pace, and can adapt when it gets busy
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a pizzaiolo or have completed training in this field
- Experience baking pizzas in a wood-fired oven is a plus
- You live in or around Rotterdam
- You speak at least basic English; Dutch is a plus
