About the role

This is a dynamic and diverse role with a wide range of activities:

Interact with customers. Spend a large part of your day talking to customers. Either by phone, MS Teams or email.
Build relationships. Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to be truly successful.
Respond quickly. Most inquiries come in through our website, colleagues, and existing customers. You need to respond quickly to help our customers.
Find Solutions that Work. Get to know your customers by thoroughly questioning them and conducting a good problem analysis. This in-depth knowledge will enable you to build a solution from our portfolio that has a real impact on their business.

Sales Experience: You will receive excellent induction training of our tools over several weeks. You will build on your previous background in sales positions.
Proven Winner: You live with sales targets and KPI’s as part of your daily business. We are looking for people who are target-driven and can demonstrate exceeding them.
Desire to Drive: Do you want to learn about sales and how to be incredibly successful while making a real difference for your customers? You must have a desire to improve and the ability to learn new skills.
Organized: This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work accurately and well under pressure.
Energetic: We are looking for lively, hungry, ambitious, energetic team players.
Smart and socially intelligent. You must have the ability to learn a portfolio of complex products and be able to describe them to customers. You must also possess a high degree of social intelligence.
Resilient: You must be able to self-motivate and push through adversities in this role.
Language Skills: A good command of Dutch and English is necessary in writing and speech.

Business Assurance is a unit of DNV where we are working with our customers towards verifying them if they are compliant with some particular rules. We are responsible for scheduling audits. We need to assign the right person with the right competences to conduct such an audit. And we are analysing and improving their processes. But sometimes we need to register some findings like observation, opportunity for improvement, or even non-conformities. I verify our clients' system management by observing them, how they work, how they produce. It's very interesting because we are delivering some additional information for our customers, what they cannot see or discover in their own systems. My work life as an auditor is completely different than employees who are working from the office every day. Because usually I'm travelling to our customers that are located in a different part of our country. Almost every week I work with different people in different companies. So if you like travel, if you are well organized, DNV can be for you.
