As a Territory Manager, you are responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding market presence within your assigned region by developing and managing sales of products and services to both existing and prospective customers. Your role centers on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and account expansion within small animal veterinary practices, while building strong, trust-based relationships with veterinarians, clinic owners, and key decision-makers.
Through strategic territory planning and effective prioritization, you identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value for customers and the business. You act as a trusted advisor by combining consultative selling techniques, in-depth product knowledge, and market insights to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
In this role, you are responsible for executing customer visits, sales presentations, and negotiations, while continuously analyzing market developments, competitor activity, and customer trends to optimize territory performance. You collaborate closely with internal teams, including Veterinary Service Managers, Sales Managers, Key Account teams, and other departments, to ensure seamless customer support, successful project execution, and achievement of commercial objectives.
As a key representative of the company in the field, you strengthen brand presence through participation in training sessions, trade fairs, industry conferences, and customer events. Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, structured territory management, and a commitment to continuous development in sales excellence, product expertise, and veterinary industry knowledge.

- Completed professional training or equivalent qualification
Experience / Knowledge
- Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
