Role Information
Our LXP Team is looking for a Product Owner that guards priorities, aligns with stakeholders, and manages the team’s requirements, backlog and roadmap. Together with the Product Strategist you shape the functional design of our online learning experiences.
You are part of the LXP development team. Within this scrum team, you work together with developers, a QA engineer, and the team lead. In addition, you collaborate closely with management and our Functional/Interaction Designer, and you will also work closely with other development teams.
The LXP team delivers both end products as well as components used by other teams. The team has a strong focus on modernizing both the technological and the functional aspects of our eLearning product portfolio. This makes for an interesting and dynamic environment where structure and oversight are critical. As our new PO you are the one that will ensure this structure and oversight, ensuring the success of our products.

Job Requirements
- Educational level: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a field like Information Management, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Strong skills in overseeing and maintaining a backlog
- Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- Team player who proactively engages with others
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
- Customer empathy
Nice-to-haves
- Affinity with online learning platforms or technologies
- A Product Owner or Scrum Master certification
- Experience with developing web and mobile apps
- Experience with functional design and interaction design
- Experience with Azure DevOps

Employment Conditions
