In deze rol ben je, samen met je collega HR assistenten, verantwoordelijk voor een aantal administratieve HR Processen. Van de administratieve taken rondom het in en uit dienst treden van collega’s en het zorgen voor de juiste verwerking in ons HRIS systeem. Jij bent de steun en toeverlaat van de collega’s. Met jouw acurate blik, jouw doortastendheid en humor ben jij onze nieuwe HR collega . Je komt te werken in een gedreven een HR Business Partners, en 2 geweldige HR assistenten. Jouw leidinggevende is de HR Director Europe

Je bent samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van administratieve HR zaken voor onze Locaties in Almelo en Eindhoven (je werkt vanuit Almelo).

Je wordt blij van het juist en op tijd doorvoeren van alle mutaties in Workday (ons HRIS systeem) en wil dit goed en steeds beter doen.

Je bent op je best wanneer je processen mag optimaliseren en schrikt niet terug voor de automatiserings zaken die hierbij komen kijken.

Je hebt een first-time-right mentaliteit.

Minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding medewerker HRM, Juridisch administratief medewerker of vergelijkbaar.

Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring.

Je bent in staat om snel en accuraat te werken.

Je houdt je staande in een dynamische omgeving met veel veranderingen.

Je bent ‘vraagbaak’ voor onze medewerkers.
