Job Description
As a Sales Support Employee (Commercial Inside Sales), you make sure quotes get followed up and deals, orders, and logistics processes run smoothly. You support the commercial team, keep an overview, and liaise daily with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supporting Account Executives with deals and projects
- Monitoring progress, quality, and deadlines
- Identifying bottlenecks and adjusting course where needed
- Processing and checking orders and quotes
- Coordinating logistics arrangements with customers and transport
- Liaising with the warehouse on incoming and outgoing products
- Monitoring orders in the warehouse
- Checking audit lists and order data
- Making sure processes run according to plan
What We Ask of You
- Bachelor's (HBO) working and thinking level, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales support or inside sales role
- Fluency in German and English required given the international nature of the organization; Dutch is a plus
- Accurate, proactive, and able to handle pressure; you keep an overview when a lot is happening at once
- Customer-oriented and a strong communicator, both by phone and in writing
- You feel at home in an informal, hands-on working environment with short lines of communication
