Bij Catalyze speelt een betrouwbare financiële administratie een belangrijke rol in onze dagelijkse operatie. Goed georganiseerd documentbeheer, soepele interne workflows en sterke operationele discipline zorgen ervoor dat onze consultancyorganisatie professioneel, zorgvuldig en efficiënt kan functioneren.
Wij zoeken een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige Administratief Medewerker Finance die energie krijgt van orde, duidelijkheid en consistentie in financiële en administratieve processen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met het Finance team en rapporteer je aan de Chief Financial Officer.
Je draagt bij aan een sterke, betrouwbare administratieve basis binnen Catalyze.Van factuurverwerking en klantfacturatie tot contractarchivering, betalingsvoorbereiding en dagelijkse administratieve ondersteuning: jij helpt ervoor te zorgen dat onze Finance functie volledig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar werkt.

Wat ga je doen / wat staat je te wachten?
Jij zorgt ervoor dat de financiële basis op orde is bij ons én helpt mee (zodra je goed bent ingewerkt) om onze klanten beter te laten sturen op cijfers. Vanuit een brede finance-rol groei je stap voor stap richting financial control, reporting en analyse. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en stakeholders en krijgt de kans om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten door slim gebruik van IT-tools en AI.
Concreet houd je je bezig met:
Het verwerken, controleren en optimaliseren van financiële administraties.
Het beheren van grootboekadministraties, journaalposten, facturen en bankmutaties.
Het ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
Het opstellen van rapportages, analyses en managementinformatie.
Het signaleren van afwijkingen en vertalen van cijfers naar inzichten.
Het ondersteunen bij budgetten, forecasts en financiële planning.
Het onderhouden van contact met interne en externe stakeholders.
Het initiëren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen.
Het ondersteunen bij accountantscontroles en financiële vraagstukken.
Het ontwikkelen van jouw kennis en vaardigheden richting een volwaardige controllerrol.
Wat kun je verwachten?
Je komt terecht in een omgeving waarin leren, groeien en samenwerken centraal staan. Vanaf dag één krijg je verantwoordelijkheid, maar ook de begeleiding, coaching en opleidingen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Door de afwisseling in werkzaamheden bouw je snel brede financiële ervaring op en krijg je steeds meer inzicht in de verhalen achter de cijfers.
Wie ben jij?
Jij bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en nieuwsgierig. Je houdt ervan om grip te hebben op cijfers, maar bent minstens zo geïnteresseerd in wat die cijfers vertellen. Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee over verbeteringen en vindt het leuk om samen resultaten te behalen.
Daarnaast breng je mee:
Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting.
Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een financiële functie.
Ervaring met financiële administratie en afsluitingsprocessen.
Goede Excel-vaardigheden.
Affiniteit met ERP-systemen en financiële software.
Affiniteit met het gebruik van AI tools zoals Copilot, ChatGPT en Claude.
Interesse in rapportages, data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie.
Een proactieve en leergierige houding.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gezonde dosis eigenaarschap.
