As Food Safety Manager, you are responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving our Food Safety Management System. You lead the Food Safety team and work closely with colleagues across Purchasing, Commerce, Operations and Logistics to ensure our products meet the highest food safety and quality standards.
This role combines leadership, strategy and day-to-day operations. While you will spend time working on policies, certifications and continuous improvement, you are also visible on the work floor and involved in daily operations whenever needed.
This is not a role where you stay behind your desk all day. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is visible throughout the organization and likes turning strategy into practical improvements.
