Responsibilities
Bar & Beverage Operations
Set up, prepare, and maintain the bar daily
Mix and serve drinks according to menu standards
Restock coolers and maintain cleanliness of bar and storage areas
Report equipment issues and communicate supply needs to management
Retail & Food Service
Greet and assist customers; identify needs and upsell products
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail and food areas
Take and serve food orders following hygiene and safety standards
Assist with pricing, inventory counts, and store procedures
Key qualifications
Minimum E.P.B. or equivalent.
Experience in retail and bartending is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
English, Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch is a plus.
Flexible to work holidays, weekends, and shifts.
Good team player.
Strong communication, customer relations, and sales skills.
Own transportation is a must.
Able to work with Counterpoint.
Basic computer skills.
