Are you a social butterfly who loves to party and meet new people? We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing Party Hosts to join our Pub Crawl events in Amsterdam! If you thrive in a lively atmosphere and enjoy ensuring everyone has a great time, this is the perfect job for you.
As a Party Host, your night begins by arriving 5-10 minutes before the guests. For the first half hour, you’ll get the party started by serving unlimited shots to our guests. Once everyone is warmed up, you’ll guide guests to scan a QR code, joining a WhatsApp group to access the night's pub crawl route.
From there, your role is all about socializing and engaging with the guests. You'll initiate conversations, organize drinking games, and make sure everyone is interacting and having fun. At each venue, you’ll welcome the guests as they arrive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. This pattern continues as you move from one venue to the next, spending about an hour at each spot.
The night culminates at a nightclub, where you can party with the guests before your shift ends. After that, you have the option to stay and continue enjoying the night or head home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Socializing and engaging with guests to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
- Mingling guests together to ensure everyone feels part of the group.
- Welcoming guests at each venue and ensuring they are comfortable and enjoying themselves.
- Organizing and playing drinking games to keep the energy up and the night exciting.
- Ensuring no guest is left out and everyone is having a fantastic time.
- Ensuring a safe environment for all guests
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Social and outgoing personality.
- Reside in Amsterdam or its surrounding areas.
- Availability in July & August, with potential to continue into the winter period.
- Fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
Payment:
The payment per hour will depend on your age. It will meet the minimum wage requirement.
