We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who wants to do more than fill vacancies. You'll help build a recruitment engine that's fast, human, and built to scale - and you'll have real ownership over how Wellis attracts and hires talent.

Wellis is a fast-growing healthtech scale-up reinventing one of the most traditional sectors: healthcare. We're building the first truly integrated health platform in the Netherlands - on-demand care for everyday health needs like weight loss, hair loss, and sexual health. From diagnosis and medical consultation to prescription and delivery at the customer's door, we cover the full journey.

About the role
You'll own full-cycle recruitment across all Wellis departments - and shape how we hire as we grow. That means partnering closely with hiring managers, building strong pipelines, and making sure every candidate experiences Wellis as fast, personal, and professional.
But this role goes beyond execution. You'll sharpen how we hire: better intake, stronger outreach, smarter use of data, and hiring managers who make better decisions because you've enabled them to. Every process you improve becomes the way Wellis hires from here on.
You'll report to Veronica (People & Culture Lead) and work closely with Amir (Senior Recruiter), alongside the wider People & Culture team: Sharine (People & Culture Intern) and Thijs (People & Culture Officer).
What you'll own

Full-cycle recruitment across all Wellis departments - from intake to close.

True hiring partnerships: defining sharp profiles, challenging assumptions, and keeping momentum.

Proactive, creative sourcing that goes far beyond waiting for applications.

A candidate experience that reflects who we are - fast, personal, and professional.

Stronger recruitment foundations: better job ads, outreach, employer branding, and the operational rigor (clean pipelines, clear reporting, smart automation) that keeps it all running.
Who you are

5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in-house.

Strong across the full cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing.

Confident partnering with hiring managers - you challenge, guide, and keep things moving.

A proactive, creative sourcer who doesn't wait for inbound.

A clear, warm, and direct communicator.

Structured and detail-oriented; you juggle several roles without losing the overview.

Comfortable with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and Google Workspace.

Genuinely curious about the business and how Wellis works.

Fluent in English and Dutch (C1).

A bachelor's degree (Business, HR, Psychology, or similar) is a plus - but your experience and way of working matter most.

Salary of €4,600 - €6,200 gross/month, depending on experience.
