Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the planning and scheduling of technical and non-technical training sessions across regional markets
- Organize training logistics, including classrooms, workshop facilities, vehicles, tools, equipment, catering, and training materials
- Support the preparation and execution of classroom, practical workshop, virtual, and live-stream training sessions
- Work closely with trainers, engineers, dealers, and regional teams to ensure training activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage trainee registrations, attendance tracking, certification records, and reporting within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure all training facilities, workshop bays, and digital learning environments are fully prepared prior to each session
- Monitor the availability and condition of training assets, tools, and technical equipment
- Provide operational support during practical exercises, assessments, and examinations
- Collect and analyze training feedback, participation data, and performance results to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the development and optimization of training processes, operational standards, and trainee experience
- Act as a key operational contact for trainers, trainees, and external training partners
What we are looking for:
- Experience in training coordination, administration or operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
- Fluency in English plus one additional European language (Hungarian, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Polish)
- Automotive or technical knowledge is considered an advantage

The BYD After Sales Service Center is responsible for service and maintenance operations for BYD electric vehicles across Europe. The department focuses on building a strong after-sales network, delivering technical support and training, supporting spare parts operations, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
