As a Port Operations Manager, you will oversee large‑scale port logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination across international cargo flows, automated warehousing systems, and high‑value maritime infrastructure. Operating without micromanagement, you will lead strategic optimisation initiatives, manage capital‑intensive operational programs, and drive digital transformation across port activities.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance throughput efficiency, implement robotics‑enabled workflows, and strengthen the port’s global competitive position.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end port operations across international cargo, container, and bulk logistics.
- Implement AI‑powered automation and robotics systems to optimise workflows.
- Oversee large‑scale operational budgets and cross‑border logistics programs.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and safety standards.
