The Role
Help us grow one of Europe's fastest-growing Korean skincare e-commerce brands.
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who enjoys testing new ideas, analysing data, and turning insights into profitable growth.
In this role, you'll take ownership of our paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta. You'll work closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to continuously improve campaign performance, test new opportunities, and help us acquire more customers across multiple European markets.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, making data-driven decisions, and seeing the direct impact of their work on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise our paid acquisition channels, primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns focused on customer acquisition and profitable growth.
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Work closely with the marketing, design and content teams to create high-performing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA and overall efficiency.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and data quality across GA4, Shopify and advertising platforms.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with platform developments and suggest new opportunities to keep our marketing competitive.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within e-commerce.
- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advertising platforms.
- Understanding of campaign tracking, attribution and A/B testing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers and content creators.
- Excellent English communication skills.
