We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, multi-talented Waitress & Front Desk Worker to join our energetic team.
Job DescriptionIn this dual role, you will be the face of our restaurant.
You will welcome guests at the front desk, manage reservations, and provide excellent table service. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels welcome from the moment they step in until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk: Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Reservations: Manage table bookings via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Seating: Guide guests to their tables efficiently.
- Order Taking: Present menus and take accurate food/drink orders.
- Table Service: Serve authentic Turkish dishes and beverages promptly.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Languages: Good command of English is required+Turkish
- Availability: Flexible to work full-time, including weekends
- Attitude: Positive, stress-resistant, and a true team player.
