Do you want to work in a high tech environment where innovation is not a promise, but daily practice? At Salland Engineering, you work on technology for testing the chips of tomorrow. You will have access to state of the art tooling, modern test facilities and an environment where your own ideas, creativity and initiative are valued.
Salland Engineering is growing fast. This year, we are doubling our effective workspace, further expanding our testers and investing heavily in new technologies, including innovation in the field of photonics. You keep the full overview, from the initial specifications through to the delivery of high quality technical solutions. You lead a team of engineers, work closely with customers and internal specialists, and know how to get everyone moving to meet deadlines.
You are the main point of contact and the central figure within the project team. You monitor progress, alignment and quality, and ensure that technical content, planning and collaboration come together effectively. Sometimes, you visit the customer to discuss technical details and project progress, so that the project stays on track. This role suits someone who understands technology, maintains overview and gains energy from guiding complex technical projects in a high tech environment.

Leading technical projects from start to finish; you guide the full process, from drawing up test specifications to implementation, debugging and the final release of the test solution;
