At Vysus Group, we are entering an exciting period of growth and innovation. We partner with organisations across the global nuclear sector, delivering specialist engineering, safety, licensing, risk and operational excellence services that support the safe, reliable and sustainable application of nuclear technology.

- Support and deliver nuclear licensing activities, including safety cases, PSARs, SARs and regulatory submissions.
- Lead engineering and design reviews from a nuclear safety perspective.
- Conduct and oversee hazard assessments, including internal hazards, external hazards, radiation protection and severe accident analyses.

- Develop operating procedures, technical documentation and engineering guidance.
- Apply specialist software and analytical tools, including RiskSpectrum, RELAP5, TRACE, MELCOR, CFD and Python-based applications.
- Prepare and review technical reports, presentations and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused engineering solutions.
- Lead technical work packages and provide technical direction to project teams.
- Support proposal preparation, project estimation and technical sales activities.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Represent Vysus Group at client meetings, conferences, workshops and industry events.
- Mentor and support the development of junior consultants and early-career engineers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, processes and technical best practices across the business.
We're looking for an experienced nuclear professional who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for developing both people and client relationships.
You will ideally have:
- An MSc degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related technical discipline.
- Typically five or more years of relevant experience within the nuclear industry or a closely related sector.
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery within a consultancy environment.
- Experience supporting business development activities; an established professional network would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Dutch language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
- A proactive approach to leadership, mentoring and professional development.
At Vysus, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most significant and innovative projects in the nuclear sector, helping clients address the challenges of today's industry while enabling the technologies of tomorrow.
We offer:
