WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role as Senior Assortment Planner is part of the EMEA Sport Planning team who co-owns the One EMEA Assortment Plan (AP) by Sport x Marketplace. This role requires strong partnership with Merchandising, Marketplace (Direct-to-Consumer and Wholesale) Planning and Supply & Inventory Management teams to create a strategic plan grounded in profitability, productivity, and Sport centric offerings and shape seasonal plans that support the goals of Nike Inc.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in assortment planning, working across financial, product and inventory planning.
Growth mindset and able to leverage statistical forecasting, data science and new ways of working to develop a fact-based plan.
Approach planning end-to-end across all marketplace channels and multi seasons, grounded in total marketplace health.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Manage sport multi-season assortment plans from top-down and bottom-up angles (Sports, Franchise/Product Family, Style-colour) and give a clear demand signal to Supply Planning and ultimately Sourcing.
Own Open-To-Buy (OTB) plans and validate those by multi-season rolling Stock & Sales Plans (SSP) to optimise Sales, Margin, Inventory & Product Health.
Manage key Franchise/Product Family health aligning to global Franchise health targets and maintain a pull market.
Define and manage OTB allocations of products which are constrained for production and/or demand capacity.
Drive Responsive/Always Available plans for season 1-6 including in-season proposing validated analytical forecast to MPUs, capturing MPU feedback and completing the forecast whilst optimizing revenue and inventory.
Independently drives project activities (day-to-day) and prioritizes workload & deliverables within the project.
