We are looking for a Senior Advisor of Total Rewards, to join WSP in EMEIA HR team. Reporting to the regional Director of Total Rewards, you will provide expert advice on compensation& benefits for WSP in Europe and Africa. This role would be based in the Netherlands
You will advise HR managers and business partners on our compensation & benefits policies and practices in order to support business needs related to the company's strategy. This position in the HR team is one of high visibility. You will be involved in a variety of mandates and will work with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
Advise managers and HR business partners on the application of various compensation & benefits programs and policies.
Manage and support the annual salary review process and short-term incentive program, as well as the higher-level long-term incentive program.
Participate actively in the design, development and revision of remuneration policies such as salary structures, conditions of employment, wage management, short-term incentive compensation programs, etc.
Manage the different pay equity maintenance and pay transparency exercises in the applicable provinces.
Conduct a variety of analysis, validate results and make recommendations autonomously; work on the improvement of data integrity.
Act as a resource person and trainer for the HR community with respect to compensation.
Prepare tools and training to help employees and managers better understand our total compensation package.
Participate in compensation surveys and other studies related to your field of expertise.
Analyze market data and make the necessary recommendations in order to be able to properly position the company's remuneration in relation to its reference markets.
As required, participate in different projects related to total compensation.
WHAT IF IT WAS YOU?
Master degree / MBA in Human Resources, Economics or other related fields
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the field of compensation & benefits
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, in English (additional European languages will be an advantage)
High capacity to work in teams and to demonstrate autonomy;
Skills with HR systems with an advanced level in Excel
A strong sense of organization, the ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously and to remain productive and efficient in a rapidly changing environment with sometimes competing priorities
Knowledge or experience of pay equity legislation and practices and job evaluation methodology
