Overview:
Foot Locker’s supply chain is the backbone of delivering a seamless experience to our customers across Europe—both in-store and online. Our network includes over 600 retail stores, a recently opened omni-channel warehouse in Haps, and a third-party logistics (3PL) facility in Corby, UK. Together, these hubs ensure timely fulfillment of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders and replenishment for Wholesale (WTS) channels.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and continuously improving demand forecasts and inventory planning. You will work closely with both operational and strategic teams to align demand and inventory levels effectively, ensuring high product availability. In addition, you will support the further development of the S&OP process by preparing and leading meetings and providing the necessary management information to support decision-making.
By analyzing performance, KPIs, and market trends, you will identify opportunities for improvement and translate data-driven insights into concrete actions. You will be responsible for maintaining data quality across systems and processes and actively contribute to their ongoing optimization. Furthermore, you will proactively identify operational bottlenecks and risks, enabling timely corrective actions to prevent disruptions within the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts and inventory planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain planning, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.

Ability to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset with hands-on attitude.

Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, ERP/WMS systems; forecasting tools is a plus).

Strong communication skills; able to collaborate across multiple departments.

Proactive, structured, and solution oriented.

Fluent in verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
