Logistics at full potential
Are you a hands-on facilities professional who enjoys keeping a busy logistics site running smoothly? As Facility Supervisor in Eindhoven, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, efficient and well-organised working environment for our colleagues, visitors and customer.
You’ll coordinate day-to-day facility activities, work closely with suppliers and lead a small team of Facility colleagues. This is a dayshift role where you’ll report directly to the Facility Business Unit Manager and have the opportunity to make a visible impact on site operations.
If you’re ready to take ownership of facilities in a busy logistics environment, this could be the next step for you.
What will you be doing?
- Act as the key point of contact for facility-related topics across the operation
- Coordinate suppliers and external service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the right standard
- Keep action trackers up to date and support regular meetings with the customer and internal stakeholders
- Oversee building, site and logistics asset maintenance, including inspections and follow-up actions
- Support projects together with your team, site management and the customer
- Ensure employees and visitors have a safe, clean and well-maintained workplace, including security and cleaning services
- Identify risks or issues in and around the site and take action to help maintain safe working conditions
- Manage facility purchases within budget when required
What will help you succeed?
- An MBO+ or HBO level of education, preferably in Facilities Management, with experience in a similar supervisory role
- A practical, solution-focused approach and the ability to stay organised in a busy site environment
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues, suppliers, customers and other departments
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
- Strong administrative and reporting skills, with experience using an FMIS system being a plus
- Technical knowledge across areas such as sprinklers, fire prevention, MHE, security systems or NEN certifications
- A flexible, service-minded attitude and the willingness to support the site when needed
What’s in it for you?
- A competitive salary plus benefits, based on experience, skills and overall fit for the position
- A role with real ownership, variety and responsibility in a fast-moving logistics environment
- The chance to make a visible impact on the workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and customers
- Space to bring your ideas, improve ways of working and contribute to site projects
- Support for your personal development and career growth within an international organisation
- A friendly, collaborative team culture where no two days are the same
