WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Costing & Sourcing Manager and collaborate closely with the lead sourcing and costing role, analyst teammates, and cross-functional partners across Product Management, Development, Design, Business Integration, Finance, and Global Sourcing. You will also engage with external manufacturing partners to align on sourcing strategies and execution.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical sourcing and costing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and cost drivers, paired with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You are disciplined in execution, confident in working across diverse teams, and motivated to support profitable growth through effective sourcing decisions.
You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and structure in your work. You communicate clearly, build alignment with ease, and continuously look for ways to improve processes, tools, and outcomes. A mindset focused on teamwork, curiosity, and accountability will set you up for success in this role.
What you bring:
Proven experience in apparel costing, sourcing, supply chain, or product creation
Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, trims, and cost drivers
Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions that drive speed and profitability
Experience using business systems and analytical tools to support decision-making
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the day-to-day sourcing and costing agenda across EMEA Local Creation, bringing analytical rigor, process discipline, and strong follow-through to enable impactful decision-making and execution.
Partner with the Costing & Sourcing Manager to deliver against EMEA Local Creation priorities
Support sourcing strategy execution in collaboration with Product, Development, and Design teams
Own cost planning processes and partner with Finance to achieve style-level margin targets
Drive accurate costing analysis to support profitability and speed-to-market
Contribute to process improvements and adoption of tools that enhance efficiency and decision quality
Build alignment across stakeholders by communicating insights clearly and effectively
Share best practices and support capability building within the sourcing and costing community
