About the Role
We are looking for a Operator to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer. You'll work in a clean, modern production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are top priorities.
Depending on your experience, you can start as a Operator, making this vacancy suitable for both entry-level and experienced professionals.
What Will You Do?
As a Operator, you'll help ensure the production process runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating production machines
- Setting up and changing over machines
- Adjusting machine settings
- Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
- Performing quality inspections
- Recording production data
- Following all safety and quality procedures
Career Growth Opportunities
You'll receive on-the-job training from experienced colleagues and gradually learn how to operate, adjust and change over production machines independently.
All-round Operator
As an All-round Operator, you'll be responsible for multiple production lines. You'll independently set up and adjust machines and eventually manage up to four production lines.
Senior Operator
As a Senior Operator, you'll take the lead on the production floor. You'll support and coach colleagues, monitor production planning and ensure operations run efficiently.

What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Machine Operator is an advantage, but not required
- English or Dutch speaking
- Technical mindset and willingness to learn

- Experience with machine changeovers and adjustments is a plus
