As a Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead enterprise‑wide compliance strategy across a capital‑intensive financial and corporate ecosystem. Operating without micromanagement, you will oversee regulatory governance, risk frameworks, and cross‑border compliance programs aligned with European supervisory standards.
You will collaborate directly with executive leadership to strengthen corporate integrity, manage high‑value regulatory initiatives, and ensure seamless alignment between business growth and compliance excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the full compliance function across multinational business units.

Required Competencies
- Extensive experience in compliance leadership within financial, corporate, or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of EU regulatory frameworks and Dutch supervisory requirements.
- Executive‑level communication, governance, and strategic decision‑making skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multinational compliance ecosystems.
