Digital Portfolio Manager – CDO Domain
DLL is embarking on Digital Transformation journey, which will be a multiyear shift towards a modern product operating model — one that emphasizes empowered product teams, outcome based roadmaps, continuous discovery, and dynamic funding. To enable this transformation, DLL is establishing a high impact Digital Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) function that acts as the connective tissue between corporate & commercial strategy and digital strategy & execution.
As Digital Portfolio Manager, you will own key elements of the global digital portfolio, driving prioritization, governance, and delivery. You will establish, optimize and support portfolio processes and tools, manage the backlog, track performance, and translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategic Portfolio Management, you’ll be working closely with regional portfolio leads, the CDO organization, and stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Risk. You will strengthen transparency, enable effective prioritization, and ensure sustainable value realization—playing a key role in accelerating DLL’s digital transformation.
Day to day:
- Contributing to prioritisation discussions
- Creating portfolio insights
- Supporting value-based decision-making
- Develop and continuously improve global digital portfolio playbook
- Manage digital portfolio management intake and backlog – with focus on output, outcome, capacity and costs
- Coordinate prioritisation and reconciliation based on evidence captured with the regional teams
- Track delivery against value metrics and flag risks and deviations
- Prepare portfolio reports and insights for QBRs and leadership forums
- Implement and improve portfolio tools, reporting dashboards and data quality
- Share Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) best practices across teams and regions
- Support regional PMs with portfolio processes and tools
- Assist Head of SPM and Director in portfolio management operations
Measures:
- Portfolio intake and reconciliation completed reliably by XXX
- Portfolio reporting delivered with accurate data
- Backlog, outcome, cost and capacity data maintained to standards
- QBR contributions delivered on time with complete evidence
- Team target: Improved business impact from digital investments (i.e. time to yes, speed to value, cost to serve, customer outcomes)

Essentials:
- 7+ years relevant business or technology experience
- Experience in Agile Portfolio Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial literacy (i.e. costs & investments management)
- Strong data/storytelling and reporting capability
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
- Able to simplify complexity into clear insights
- Experienced working in digital / agile environments
- Open to learning
- Knowledgeable on product operating models or OKR’s
- Thriving in business transformations and change environments
Extras:
- Digital/IT experience is an advantage
- Experience with portfolio management tools
- Exposure to data, AI or digital transformation initiatives
- Financial services industry experience
