About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dual-role position combining office responsibilities with operational support. Most of your day will be office-based, assisting our warehouse managers with administrative and coordination tasks, while also supporting the warehouse floor whenever needed.
This position has become available due to an internal promotion, which reflects how we like to develop and invest in our people. If you show commitment and the right attitude, there are opportunities to grow within our company.
Your Responsibilities
- Support warehouse managers with daily office and administrative tasks.
- Communicate with customer support and the commercial department.
- Coordinate and resolve operational issues.
- Help organize daily warehouse activities and workflows.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Proactively support the warehouse team on the floor when required.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient and well-organized operation.
