As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our team in the Netherlands.
Your role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key retail customers and strategic partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, managing commercial discussions and helping customers translate their retail challenges into innovative technology solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will work closely with customers, project teams and technical specialists to create tailor-made solutions that deliver measurable value. From time to time, you will even be needed to solve and adjust challenges along the way, being hands-on in the field.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing strategic customer accounts
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing customers
- Building relationships with retailers, brands and industry partners
- Preparing commercial proposals and solution presentations
- Collaborating with project and technical teams to deliver successful customer projects
- Representing Laud Media Europe at customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events
- Following market trends and developments within retail technology and consumer electronics
What we're looking for
You are commercially strong, relationship-oriented and genuinely interested in technology and retail innovation.
Ideally, you have experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Retail Technology
- Consumer Electronics
- Digital Signage
- Audio Visual Solutions
- SaaS
- Omnichannel Retail
- Retail Marketing
You also have:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development or sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with larger retail organizations
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Europe when required
