We are looking for an experienced Finance & Customer Service Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role to join our European team based in Amsterdam. Ideally, you live in the Randstad area and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment.
What you’ll do
As our Finance & Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our European team. You’ll support our finance and operational processes while being the go-to contact for both retailers and consumers across Europe.
No two days are the same. You’ll switch easily between different tasks, solve problems, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts receivable and supporting accounts payable administration
- Managing webstore orders
- Providing customer support via email and phone (B2B & B2C)
- Processing and reporting data in Excel and our ERP system
- Handling returns and related administration
- Working closely with our sales, logistics and finance teams
Who you are
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Organized, accurate and comfortable working with numbers
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize
- Proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to take ownership
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with Shopify and/or ERP systems is a strong plus

Pay: €2.500,00 - €3.000,00 per month
