We are looking for an Internal Sales Support Specialist to join our commercial team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth commercial operations by managing quotations, contracts, orders, and customer requests while supporting the sales organization with accurate data, reporting, and market insights.
As the link between customers, sales, logistics, and production, you will help translate customer needs into effective internal actions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen commercial performance and operational efficiency.
Travel is required to Maastricht and/or Krefeld for collaboration with different teams.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain commercial contracts, quotations, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and commercial requests.
- Support the sales organization with reporting, data analysis, and market insights.
- Ensure and improve data quality across ERP and reporting systems.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and management teams to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in a commercial, business, or supply chain-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales support, commercial, customer service, or supply chain environment.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), Microsoft Office, and ideally Power BI.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; German is considered an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Maastricht and/or Krefeld.
