As the face of our company on the road, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently from our fulfillment centers to B2B clients and residential customers. If you enjoy being on the move, love driving, and pride yourself on excellent punctuality, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Safely operate company-issued [insert vehicle type, e.g., Sprinter Vans / 16ft Box Trucks] along designated local and regional routes.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load, secure, and unload cargo/parcels ensuring zero damage to the merchandise.
- Schedule Adherence: Review manifestos, plan efficient routes using GPS, and consistently meet strict delivery windows.
- Documentation: Handle delivery confirmations, obtain digital or physical signatures, and log discrepancies using our delivery apps/handheld scanners.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluids, tires, brakes, and lights). Report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Customer Service: Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful attitude when interacting with warehouse staff and end customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License: Must hold a clean, valid [insert license class, e.g., Class B / Class C / EU Category B] driver's license.
- Driving Record: A clean driving record with no major violations or recent at-fault accidents.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs / 23 kg] repeatedly and stay active throughout an 8-to-10-hour shift.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, GPS navigation apps, and handheld scanning devices.
- Background Check: Willingness to undergo a standard background check and drug screening (where applicable).
- Optional / Regional (e.g., for EU/UK): Must hold a valid [e.g., CPC / Code 95 qualification / Tachograph card] if applicable.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay of $16.50 / hour inclusive of vacation money
