Rebalance Massage is an established practice in Amsterdam dedicated to anatomy-informed, results-oriented bodywork. We help clients resolve structural patterns, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system to improve overall physical function.
We are looking for Therapeutic Massage Therapists and Face & Neck Massage Therapists who value a grounded approach, enjoy working with their hands, and want to be part of a professional team. If you are passionate about helping people improve their physical well-being, we’d love to meet you.
Our Approach We tailor our work to the specific needs of our clients using a mix of methodologies:
- Structural & Performance: Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and Fascia Manipulation.
- Systemic & Restorative: Lymphatic Drainage, Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy, and Therapeutic Relaxation.
The Role (Therapeutic Massage Therapists and Face & Neck Massage Therapists)
- Professional Freedom: You are the expert. You have the autonomy to assess your clients and design a session that works.
- Collaborative Environment: We are a team. We handle our own room prep and light maintenance, keeping our space clean and professional for everyone.
Your Experience Level
We categorize our team into three tiers, so we can match the right therapist to the right client needs. We’ll discuss where you fit based on your experience and current practice:
- Pro: You have a solid grasp of anatomy and are comfortable with deep tissue/structural work.
- Elite: You have an established track record, manage complex tension well, and are comfortable with a wider range of clinical modalities.
- Master: You have significant experience, advanced certifications, and a specialty in resolving deep-seated or chronic structural patterns.
(Rates: Pro €29.75–€30.99/hr | Elite €33.47–€35.54/hr | Master €48.35–€53.74/hr – Exc. BTW)
What We’re Looking For
- A solid foundation in anatomy and physiology.
- Valid KVK registration (ZZP status).
- A professional, reliable, and curious attitude toward learning and bodywork.
- Comfortable working with a variety of client needs—from chronic pain to deep nervous system restoration.
