Location: Utrecht
You play a key role in helping our Danish partner network grow and succeed.
Solvari is the largest home improvement platform in the Benelux, but a large part of the Danish market still doesn't know us. You help change that, from a platform that keeps increasing in value: from lead to completed project. More about who we are? Visit www.solvari.dk.
As Growth Support Denmark, your focus is on qualifying leads and supporting partners through onboarding and beyond.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess fit for the Danish home improvement market;
- Guide new Danish partners through onboarding and set them up for success;
- Build and optimize AI-driven outbound campaigns and sales automations using tools such as LinkedIn, Instantly and other growth platforms;
- Act as the commercial point of contact for partners in the first phase after signing;
- Support account management with data, reporting, and follow up;
- Spot opportunities to improve the onboarding and support process;
- Use AI tools for lead qualification, timing, and account analysis, so you can focus on high-impact contact moments.
Solvari is an AI first organization. As part of Growth Support, AI supports your performance:
- AI helps qualify leads and gives insight into the best timing and follow up;
- Reporting and pipeline management are AI-supported and data-driven;
- You use AI as a tool to strengthen your work, not replace it.
Adaptive · Expert · Courageous · Results-oriented · Responsible. This is not a poster on the wall. This is how we work.
You prefer to only close deals and have no interest in onboarding and follow up, or if you see AI as a threat instead of a performance accelerator.
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial, operations, or customer success role;
- Experience with onboarding, lead qualification, or account support is a strong plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactive and structured way of working;
- Fluent Danish (mandatory) and good command of English;
- Strong organizational skills and a service-minded, commercial attitude;
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs;
- You live in (the region of) Utrecht, or are willing to travel;
- Affinity with data-driven work and digital platforms.
- Salary: Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,000 based on 40 hours per week, depending on your experience;
- Vacation days & holiday allowance: 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment) and 8% holiday allowance paid out in May each year;
- Travel: Travel expense reimbursement or the option for a lease bike. Our office in Utrecht Papendorp is easily accessible by public transport and by car;
- Well arranged at the office: Lunch, great coffee, fresh tea and a company laptop;
- Benefits@Work: Discounts on various brands and outings;
- Personal development: Growth opportunities within our international team and an annual training budget to support your growth;
- Excellent pension plan: We apply the maximum contribution scale. Both you and Solvari contribute 50% of the premium;
