This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in handling a wide range of IT hardware, from assembling and repairing individual components to configuring and upgrading complex systems.
As an IT Hardware Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations by handling a variety of tasks, including:

Order Processing: Efficiently process purchase and sales orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Hardware Maintenance:

Disassemble, inspect, test, and repair electronic hardware, including servers, workstations, network equipment, and computers.

Securely erase previous customer data from storage devices.

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Assemble and configure IT hardware systems based on customer specifications

Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.

Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on order status, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

Compliance: Adhere to strict quality, safety, environmental, and data security standards such as ESD.

Ad-hoc support: Collaborate interdepatmentally to achieve operational goals
Competencies:
- Experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.

Knowledge of computer hardware components, peripherals, and server equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
1+ years of experience assembling, testing, troubleshooting and repairing IT hardware (specifically Dell, HP, and/or Cisco).
