This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.
Responsibilities:
as a Customer Service Employee, you will be managing the daily operations for our pharmaceutical customers.Tasks include processing of the daily order flow through order entry,
managing the incoming goods
inventory management
invoicing
reporting to customers
guiding and handling complaints and irregularities
coordinating both national and international shipments,
complying with agreed procedures and monitoring compliance with these procedures on behalf of client(s), while specifically taking into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batches/lot numbers, and quantities
In the process you are directly in contact with both the customers as our internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality
Requirements:
Candidate - full time
Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience
Good level of English
Dutch it is preferable, but not a hard requirement
Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills
Adaptable and able to work under pressure
Good people manager
Be able to push back to customers/transporters
Capable of working in a team
Good practice in MS office.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems it is preferable
Candidate - part-time
Minimum MBO+ level of education
Experience in a role in Customer Service and/or logistics is a pré

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, information systems, or a related field required.
2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, service operations, or a related field required.
Certification in ITIL 4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Customer Experience Professional or equivalent certification preferred.
We are looking for 3 Employee customer service - we have 1 FTE and 2 part time positions available.
