Make an impact on the energy transition as an External Hiring Consultant at HeadFirst Group
A manager has an important project but lacks the expertise to carry it out. Deadlines are looming, the labor market is tight, and bringing operations to a standstill is not an option. As an External Hiring Advisor, you help managers at Alliander secure specialized knowledge and capacity when it’s needed. You provide advice on external hiring, liaise with suppliers and professionals, and ensure that key projects and departments can continue to operate smoothly.
You will be part of the Overhead & Staffing team within Alliander’s MSP program. As a member of this team, you will support various parts of the organization, from staff and operational teams to IT, change management, and project organizations. Thanks to your efforts, managers will have faster access to the right expertise and will be able to focus on their own objectives.
Your impact at HeadFirst Group
At Alliander, thousands of employees work every day to shape the energy supply of the future. To realize this ambition, we regularly need specialized knowledge and temporary staff. This includes IT specialists, project professionals, consultants, and other experts who are brought in to ensure that projects and departments operate successfully. As an External Hiring Advisor, you’ll ensure that this expertise is made available.
You are the link between managers, suppliers, and external professionals. You delve into the needs behind a request, advise on market options, and ensure that the right professionals are found and deployed. In doing so, you look beyond just today’s job opening. You build relationships with stakeholders, contribute ideas on capacity issues, and develop yourself into a knowledgeable sparring partner in the areas of external hiring, labor market trends, and talent availability.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to take ownership, implement improvements, and make a direct contribution to the quality of service within one of the largest MSP programs in the Netherlands.
