To help us achieve that goal, we are looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer.
This is not a traditional CTO role.
This is a company-building role.
We are looking for a highly technical leader with a co-founder mindset. Someone who has built large-scale SaaS platforms, understands how world-class software companies are created and is willing to stay hands-on while building the future of Aizy.
You will work directly with founders Stefan Nuijten and Michiel Mol to define the long-term technology vision, accelerate product development and build a platform capable of serving customers worldwide.

You will inherit a proven platform with real customers, real scale and a rapidly evolving AI-first product roadmap. As CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the future architecture, engineering standards and technology strategy that will support our next phase of growth.
You will lead the development of:
Autonomous AI-driven advertising systems
Multi-channel campaign optimization engines
Agentic AI workflows
Large-scale marketing intelligence infrastructure
Enterprise-grade SaaS architecture
International multi-tenant platform capabilities
Advanced forecasting, recommendation and decision engines
Future AI-native products that redefine how businesses acquire customers
Our goal is straightforward:
Build software that consistently delivers better outcomes than agencies, freelancers or competing platforms.
Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, Chief Architect or technical founder
Experience building and scaling successful SaaS platforms
Strong hands-on engineering capabilities
Deep Python expertise
Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, agents and modern AI architectures
Experience with .NET ecosystems
Experience designing scalable cloud-native systems
Track record of building products used by thousands of customers
Strong product and commercial mindset
Ability to recruit and lead exceptional engineering teams
Experience building internationally successful software businesses
Experience in AI-first companies
Experience in AdTech, MarTech or high-volume data platforms
Experience growing engineering organizations from startup to scale-up
Previous founder or co-founder experience
