Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, payments, or another technology-driven environment.
Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business and consistently exceed sales targets.
Experienced in managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust.
Analytical, customer-focused, and able to translate client needs into value-driven solutions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic scale-up environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated by building something while making a direct commercial impact.
